Viirus?

Hi,

 

The module nengine.dll, is for “NewNext Helper Engine”. I would like to know some information regarding the same issue, so that we could assist you further.

1. Did the issue start recently?

2. Are you using any program or apps related to 'NewNext Helper Engine' or 'Mobogenie'?

3. Have you made any changes to the computer prior to this issue?

 

I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if it works for you.

Method 1:

Place the computer in Clean Boot state and check if the issue persists. Clean Boot will help you find which third party program or app is causing this issue.

a. Press Windows + X keys and click Control Panel.

b. Open Programs and Features.

c. Search for 'NewNext Helper Engine' or 'Mobogenie'.

d. Right click it and click Uninstall and follow the prompt.

e. Once you are done restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved.

Ma pole kursis millega on tegemist, seega ma ei ole kindel kas see aitab sellises olukorras, kuid proovimine halba ei tee.

Sain safe model avg uninstallida õnneks. Kuid üks probleem on veel, mu windows ei update, mingi 40% laeb ja siis ütleb, et failed.
